Talks between Lukashenko, U.S. Special Envoy for Belarus John Coale continue on Saturday

MINSK, 13 December (BelTA) – The talks between Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and U.S. Special Envoy for Belarus John Coale, which began the previous day, on 12 December, continued on 13 December, BelTA has learned.

The day before, Aleksandr Lukashenko met with representatives of the team of U.S. President Donald Trump, led by the U.S. Special Envoy for Belarus John Coale. “We have many issues. The world is changing very quickly, new problems are emerging that you and I must discuss. And perhaps, resolve some matters,” the president said at the start of the meeting.
