Palace of Independence to host New Year’s Eve party for children 27 December

MINSK, 17 December (BelTA) – Talented children from all over Belarus will be invited to the New Year’s Eve party at the Palace of Independence. The event will be attended by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, BelTA learned from the Belarus 1 TV channel.

The New Year charity campaign Our Children will be traditionally crowned by the New Year children’s party at the Palace of the Republic on 28 December. “On 27 December, there will be another memorable meeting for all participants. Winners of academic excellence competitions, young innovators and inventors, the best and most active students will be invited to the New Year’s Eve party at the Palace of Independence,” the news report of the TV channel reads. “On New Year’s eve, the main venue for landmark political meetings and summits, crucial economic conferences and meetings with world leaders will be filled with festive atmosphere and comfort. A versatile program, presents and an informal conversation with the Belarusian leader will be a good surprise for 250 young talents.”

It was remarked that the president always finds time for meetings and warm conversations with talented children in his busy schedule because today’s children will determine the future of our country. At the meeting in the Palace of Independence on 27 December children will share new ideas and discuss successful projects.
