MINSK, 11 February (BelTA) – The expanded-participation negotiations of the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, Germany, and France in the Palace of Independence in Minsk are over. The negotiations lasted for over 1.5 hours, BelTA has learned.
Before that the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France, and Germany had spent about two hours in private negotiations. After the private negotiations an official photo session took place. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko took part in the photo session, too.
