MOSCOW, 15 December (BelTA) – We should not let economic challenges divide the countries of the Belarus-Russia Union State and the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko told journalists after his meeting with Russia President Vladimir Putin on 15 December, BelTA has learned.

Both Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin expressed satisfaction with the present state and results of cooperation between Belarus and Russia in the international arena. The relations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs can serve as an example to follow for other Belarusian and Russian government agencies, the Belarusian leader noted.
