Belarus' MFA turns blue to mark World Children's Day
World Children's Day is marked on 20 November. The UN General Assembly adopted the Declaration on the Rights of the Child on this day in 1959. Landmarks around the world are lit up in blue as a symbol of unity to mark the day. The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has joined the initiative.
