Humanitarian project in Molodechno offered for co-financing

Project name: Building a model of continuous support of young children with special needs through distance learning of their legal representatives

Applicant: Center of Developmental Education and Rehabilitation of the city of Molodechno

Implementation period: 2018-2021

Project objective: To create conditions for ensuring continuity and effectiveness of early comprehensive care of young children with special needs through the organization of distance learning for their legal representatives.

The project will help create a single information and educational space for remote support of legal representatives of children with special needs that will include a variety of electronic educational resources. It will also provide a unique opportunity to create an open information and educational environment in the center.

The center has rooms for early comprehensive care, medical offices; an adaptive educational and developmental environment. However the center does not have a lift to take children to the early comprehensive care, massage, physiotherapy, teacher-psychologist and relaxation rooms which are located on the second floor. This creates difficulties for parents as the children with heavy and (or) multiple physical and (or) mental disorders cannot move independently.

Project goals:

  • To create a consulting and methodical center for providing scientific and methodical, psychological and pedagogical,  material and technical support for continuous early comprehensive care of children with special needs;
  • To develop educational and methodological tools and didactic support of the process of continuous early comprehensive care of children with special needs;
  • To improve the material and technical support of the project.

Target group: Children from 0 to 3, from 3 to 8, from 8 to 18 years old .
Legal representatives over the age of 18.
