The project envisages courses to train judges and investigators at the Institute of Retraining and Qualification Upgrading of Judges, Prosecutors, and Legal Professionals at the Belarusian State University, and defense counselors at the second stage of the program. The specialist was interested, first of all, in the readiness of Belarusian lawyers to take part in the project.
