VITEBSK, 13 March (BelTA) – Vitebsk Oblast and the UK have great prospects for cooperation, Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Belarus Jacqueline Perkins told journalists following a meeting with senior officials of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee, BelTA has learned.
