Turkey studies Belarus’ NPP personnel training practices

MINSK, 19 April (BelTA) – Turkey is studying the Belarusian experience in training personnel for nuclear power plants, BelTA learned from the information and PR department of the Belarusian nuclear power plant.

“The educational and training center of the Belarusian nuclear power plant was visited by representatives of Akkuyu Nukleer (Turkey), Rusatom Service and Rosatom Technical Academy to study the experience in planning, organization and accounting of personnel training,” the statement said.

The participants of the meeting got familiar with the equipment of the training center at the Belarusian nuclear power plant and considered possible areas of joint cooperation in the use of experience in training and maintaining the qualifications of the Belarusian nuclear power plant personnel using computer training systems, educational and guidance documents and technical means of training.
