MINSK, 23 November (BelTA) – The trilateral contact group promoting the peace settlement in Ukraine has resumed talks in Minsk, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The previous meeting of the OSCE-Ukraine-Russia contact group took place on 9 November. The participants noted a significant improvement in the climate of the negotiations on all humanitarian issues. They also pointed out that further enhancement of security, including strict observation of the ceasefire regime, will help achieve considerable progress in the humanitarian field.
