Protasevich: Belarus’ opposition members are money laundering specialists

MINSK, 4 June (BelTA) – There is only one type of specialists in the Belarusian opposition - specialists in money laundering, Roman Protasevich told the ONT TV channel on 3 June, BelTA has learned.

Roman Protasevich said that often even he - “one of the key fighters on this information war” - did not have access to meetings where  the Belarusian opposition planned their actions. “This is clearly the work of specialists. And what kind of specialists can there be in the Belarusian opposition? Most of them are specialists in money laundering,” he said.

According to Roman Protasevich, a team of Belarusian opposition members in Warsaw even sent out a fake message warning of a bomb in their headquarters in order to get protection from the Polish side.
