Prospects for Belarusian-Vietnamese cooperation in culture reviewed

MINSK, 1 June (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Vladimir Borovikov met with Mr. Ta Quang Dong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Vietnam.

The heads of the sports and tourism departments also participated in the negotiations. The parties reviewed the state and prospects for the Belarusian-Vietnamese cooperation in culture, and in particular, discussed the exchange of days of culture and cinema, thematic photo exhibitions.

The Vietnamese side reaffirmed its commitment to developing the relations with Belarus in this area and restoring it to the pre-epidemic level. The parties agreed to analyze and update the program of cooperation between Belarus and Vietnam in culture and sport.
