Oleg Mishchenko appointed Armed Forces’ chief signal officer

MINSK, 16 August (BelTA) - Oleg Mishchenko has been appointed chief signal officer – head of the Signal Division of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Belarus. A corresponding decree was signed by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko on 16 August.

The head of state also appointed Yuri Shaplavsky head of the Transport Department of the Defense Ministry.
