MINSK, 23 August (BelTA) – The Minsk police and a delegation of the Hanoi Public Security Department have exchanged experience, BelTA learned from the Main Interior Department of the Minsk City Hall.
A delegation of the Hanoi Public Security Department, Vietnam paid an official visit to Minsk on 20-22 June.
The Vietnamese counterparts were shown the operations desk of the Minsk Main Interior Department and got familiar with the service 102, video surveillance at the capital, and the work of operators. The foreign law enforcers also visited the operations desk of the Pervomaisky interior department and the department of citizenship and migration. The special police forces of the department offered an excursion with the demonstration of weapons and equipment.
“The law enforcers of the capital of any country are always at the epicenter of attention. This is due to a special status and requirements. The Vietnamese counterparts were interested to learn about our practices, technical equipment. We also learned a lot of useful things as Hanoi is a big city and its law enforcement practices will help us become even better,” head of the Minsk Main Interior Department Alexander Barsukov said.
