MINSK, 27 August (BelTA) – The parties of the 26 August talks in Minsk supported the proposal of President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to continue discussing Ukrainian issues in the Belarusian capital, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said following the meeting of the Presidents of the Customs Union, Ukraine and top EU officials, BelTA has learned.

“The proposal of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to keep the same format for further talks on Ukraine has been supported,” Alexander Lukashenko said.

On 26 August Minsk played host to the meeting of the Presidents of the Customs Union, Ukraine and tope EU officials.
