MINSK, 25 March (BelTA) - First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov and Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei of Belarus met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Belarus Xie Xiaoyong on 25 March, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties noted the strategic nature of the partnership between Minsk and Beijing and reaffirmed their continued support on issues that meet the key interests of the parties.
"The parties discussed topical issues of Belarusian-Chinese cooperation with an emphasis on trade, economic and investment cooperation," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
In 2022, Belarus and China celebrated the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
