MINSK, 2 December (BelTA) – Belarus Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei will take part in the 22nd OSCE Ministerial Council which is due to take place in Belgrade on 3-4 December, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“The Head of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will make a statement at the plenary meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council and will present the approaches of the Republic of Belarus with regard to the European security,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
Vladimir Makei is expected to hold bilateral meetings with the heads of a number of delegations of the participating states.
The OSCE Ministerial Council will highlight the issues related to the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, the fight against terrorism and the role of the OSCE in managing the migrant crisis in Europe.
