MINSK, 1 September (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei has gone to Germany for a working visit to attend the Informal OSCE Foreign Ministers' Meeting, spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik told a briefing on 1 September, BelTA has learned.

“On 1 September Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei is expected to take part in the Informal OSCE Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Potsdam as part of his working trip to Germany,” the spokesman said.

Talks will focus on common challenges to security in the OSCE region and also the preparation for the OSCE Ministerial Council, which will be held in Hamburg on 8-9 December 2016.
