Makei, Apostolic Nuncio discuss situation of Roman Catholic Church in Belarus

MINSK, 7 July (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with Apostolic Nuncio, Archbishop Ante Jozic in Minsk on 7 July, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed the current situation of the Roman Catholic Church in Belarus, the interaction of the Holy See and the official Minsk, and a number of issues on the multilateral agenda.

The parties reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening interfaith dialogue and intensifying cooperation in various fields in order to achieve further positive dynamics of interaction.
