MINSK, 25 June (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Croatian President Zoran Milanovic on the country’s national holiday - Croatian Statehood Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“The history of constructive cooperation between our countries is many decades long. Numerous personal contacts, economic and regional ties and active cooperation within the framework of international organizations attest to good prospects of Belarus-Croatia relations,” the message reads.

The head of state also suggests making the most of the two countries’ potential in tourism, energy sector, science and education.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Zoran Milanovic good health and further successes and the people of Croatia peace and prosperity.
