Lukashenko sends Nowruz greetings to Iran

MINSK, 20 March (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to Iran President Hassan Rouhani as the country celebrates Nowruz on 20 March, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“I hope that by joint efforts we will be able to open a new page in Belarus-Iran cooperation in politics, trade, economy and culture,” the message of greetings says.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished strong health and fruitful activity to Hassan Rouhani, and peace and wellbeing to the people of Iran.
