MINSK, 21 March (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to President of the Republic of Namibia Hage Geingob as the country celebrates the national holiday - Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The head of state reaffirmed Belarus' commitment to expanding interstate relations with Namibia based on the principles of openness, equality and mutual respect.
"There is a significant potential for cooperation between our countries, which will become a strong foundation for intensifying the bilateral dialogue," the Belarusian leader expressed his confidence.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished health and success to Hage Geingob, and peace and prosperity to the friendly Namibian people.
