MINSK, 19 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Halimah Yacob who was elected President of Singapore, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“I am convinced that the interaction between the Republic of Belarus and Singapore in various fields will be developing and will promote friendship between our countries. I hope for the further productive cooperation in the fields which were discussed during our meeting in Minsk in April 2013,” the message of greetings reads.
