Lukashenko sends greetings to Belavia workers

MINSK, 5 March (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to workers of the national air carrier Balavia which marks the 25th anniversary, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“You have preserved and multiplied the best traditions of the Belarusian passenger aviation, and today Belavia is a true band of Belarus. Belavia aircraft are well-known in dozens of airports all over the world, the geography of flights is expanding, several millions of passengers annually choose the Belarusian air carrier,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state expressed confidence that the modernization of the air fleet, the application of new information technologies, and the improvement of the quality of services will be continued in the future and will promote Belavia’s growth as one of the most progressive and popular air carriers in Europe.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Belavia workers and veterans strong health, wellbeing and every success.
