Lukashenko sends birthday greetings to Chairman of Russia’s State Duma Volodin

MINSK, 4 February (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus-Russia Union State Vyacheslav Volodin, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“People in Belarus appreciate you as an influential politician and supporter of the Belarusian-Russian integration,” the head of state said.

Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that under the leadership of Vyacheslav Volodin the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus-Russia Union State will do their best to multiply the traditions of inter-parliamentary cooperation in the best interests of the two nations.

The president wished Vyacheslav Volodin strong health, wellbeing and every success.
