Lukashenko, Putin discuss entire range of most topical matters in Belarus-Russia relations

MINSK, 5 May (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko talked to President of Russia Vladimir Putin over the phone on 5 May. The two heads of state discussed the entire range of the most topical matters of the bilateral relations, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.

Among other things the conversation touched upon preparations for celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory and interaction within the framework of integration bodies. In particular, certain matters concerning human resources were discussed within the framework of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.

Aleksandr Lukashenko informed Vladimir Putin about preparations for the parade to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Victory and about the situation in Belarus as a whole.

The heads of state exchanged information about the measures Belarus and Russia are taking to fight the epidemic.
