BREST, 30 July (BelTA) - Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized the importance of discipline and adherence to technology as he spoke at a meeting on the development prospects of Horizont Holding Company, including Brest Electric Lamp Plant on 30 July, BelTA has learned.
The head of state stressed that Belarus has preserved the legacy inherited from the Soviet Union, including its enterprises, expertise, and management experience. “We have preserved all of this. So let’s move forward,” the president said. “We know what to do – it’s technology. Technology dictates our discipline. You cannot do things differently from what the technology requires.” Hence the demand for strict compliance with labor discipline.

“So discipline, discipline, and more discipline. And don’t listen to those who lament from abroad: ‘There he goes again about discipline.’ If this is the most important issue, I will talk about it a thousand times,” Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized. “We need to act. We need results.”
