Lukashenko extends end-of-harvest-season greetings to Mogilev Oblast

MINSK, 13 November (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko extended greetings to the farmers of Mogilev Oblast on the end of the harvest season, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state noted that representatives of Mogilev Oblast's agro-industrial complex demonstrated excellent teamwork. Mogilev Oblast gathered a good harvest of 1.2 million tonnes of grain, up one third year-on-year.

“Machine operators, cattle breeders, agronomists, elevator specialists, farm and district managers approached the matter with all responsibility and dedication. I sincerely thank you for your daily hard work, which stops neither at weekends nor on holidays. The stable future of our beloved Belarus depends on such reliable, irreplaceable people as you,” the message of greetings reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that in the future the agro-industrial complex will continue to be the driving force of Mogilev Oblast's development, with industrial figures improving and sales markets expanding.
