Lukashenko appoints new ambassadors

MINSK, 14 August (BelTA) - Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved the appointment of non-resident ambassadors to three countries - Saudi Arabia, Bolivia, and Sudan, as he made personnel decisions on 14 August, BelTA has learned.

Igor Bely, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the UAE with concurrent accreditation to Bahrain and Kuwait, has been concurrently accredited to Saudi Arabia.

Similarly, Yevgeny Sobolevsky, Belarus' Ambassador to Egypt (with non-resident accreditation to Algeria and Oman) and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, has been additionally appointed as non-resident ambassador to Sudan.

Dmitry Derevinsky, Belarus' Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Venezuela, will now also serve as non-resident ambassador to Bolivia.
