MINSK, 26 April (BelTA) – Pavel Latushko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to France with concurrent accreditation to the Principality of Monaco, has presented his credentials to Prince Albert II of Monaco, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed bilateral political, trade, economic, and cultural cooperation prospects. The importance of appointing the first Belarusian Ambassador to the Principality of Monaco was emphasized during the meeting.

Pavel Latushko also met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Gilles Tonelli to talk over the implementation of joint projects in the trade, economic, political and cultural areas, and also the prospects for opening the Honorary Consulate of Belarus in Monaco.
