MINSK, 25 August (BelTA) – Further development of the Belarus-Vatican cooperation was discussed in a meeting between Belarus Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alena Kupchyna and Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin in the Vatican on 25 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties reviewed the status of implementation of the agreements signed during Pietro Parolin’s visit to Belarus in March 2015.

Besides, the parties discussed the situation in the region and ways to advance the Belarus-EU relations.
