MINSK, 11 March (BelTA) – Belarus’ Deputy Foreign Minister Yelena Kupchina met with Alexander Gessel, the head of the department for political affairs of the Council of Europe, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.

"The parties discussed the state of relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Council of Europe and also possible areas of engagement, including the Council of Europe Information Point in Minsk," the Foreign Ministry informed.
