MINSK, 8 April (BelTA) – The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Belarus opened in the Argentinian city of Rosario on 5 April, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Argentina Viktor Kozintsev and Honorary Consul of Belarus in Argentina Cristian Desideri declared the Honorary Consulate open.

Attending the solemn opening ceremony were local authorities, members of the diplomatic and consular communities, businessmen, representatives of the media, and other guests. The event also featured a presentation of Belarus’ export potential.
