MINSK, 11 February (BelTA) – France President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel have reached the Palace of Independence in Minsk to take part in the negotiations on Ukraine. They were welcomed by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, BelTA has learned.

Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko was the first one to reach the Palace of Independence.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko, France President Francois Hollande, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are going to meet in Minsk today. The foreign leaders intend to discuss proposals concerning the resolution of the Ukrainian crisis.
