MINSK, 29 November (BelTA) – French Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development Jean-Marc Ayrault has arrived in Belarus for a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Normandy Four (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France).

As BelTA reported earlier, the ministerial meeting is to be held at the President Hotel in the afternoon. The proposal to hold this meeting in the Belarusian capital was announced last week. Later on the parties confirmed their intention to gather in Minsk forc on 29 November.
