FM thanks Chinese ambassador for promoting Belarus-China cooperation

MINSK, 3 September (BelTA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Maksim Ryzhenkov met with outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Belarus Xie Xiaoyong on 3 September, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed.

The meeting focused on the current agenda of Belarus-China cooperation, including the results of the official visit of Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China Li Qiang to Belarus on 22-23 August 2024.

The foreign minister spoke highly of the dynamics of bilateral cooperation and thanked Xie Xiaoyong for his personal contribution to the development of Belarus-China relations.
