MINSK, 21 May (BelTA) - The draft law on amendments to the Tax Code will be sent to the Parliament in 2020, Belarus’ Deputy Finance Minister Dmitry Kiyko said as he took questions from the MPs during a meeting in the Parliament on 21 May, BelTA has learned.
The deputy minister said that, according to the legislative plan, the draft law on amendments to the Tax Code should be submitted to the Parliament this year.
According to Dmitry Kiyko, the draft law suggests, in particular, adjusting some rates of the state duty, the procedures of its collection and return when applying to the court.
“In cooperation with the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General's Office and other stakeholders we have worked out the best practices in this part. They have been prepared as a separate package. We plan to include it in the draft law on the Tax Code amendments,” the deputy minister said.
