MINSK, 24 August (BelTA) – A delegation of Tambov Oblast of Russia will visit Belarus on 24-26 August, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Taxes and Duties Ministry.

“The delegation of Tambov Oblast of Russia arrives in Belarus on 24 August on an official visit. The delegation includes representatives of the administration and the business community. The delegation is headed by First Deputy Head of Tambov Oblast Administration Alexander Ganov,” the press service informed.

The guests are set to visit Belarusian mechanical engineering companies (MAZ, MTZ, Belkommunmash, Stadler Minsk, Gomselmash), meat and dairy companies (Minsk poultry factory No.1, OAO Gastellovskoye, Slutsk cheese-making plant). The delegation is also scheduled to get familiar with the Hi-Tech Park.

“The third meeting of the working group on cooperation between Belarus and Russia’s Tambov Oblast will be held during the visit,” the press service informed.
