Consuls of Belarus, Russia in Almaty agree to synchronize consular operations

MINSK, 27 December (BelTA) - Consul General of Belarus in Almaty Denis Meleshkin held a meeting with Consul General of the Russian Federation Dmitry Turaev, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan.

The parties discussed regional agenda issues in detail, outlined concrete steps for strengthening bilateral cooperation, and agreed to synchronize their efforts in the consular sector.

Particular emphasis was placed on joint work to protect the rights and lawful interests of citizens of the two countries, as well as on the dynamic development of trade, economic and humanitarian ties with Kazakhstan.

The dialogue that took place establishes a foundation for the coordinated work of the diplomatic missions of the two allied states in Central Asia.
