Belarusian FM receives copy of credentials of UAE Ambassador

MINSK, 11 May (BelTA) – Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei received the copy of the credentials of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Belarus Ibrahim Salim Mohamed Al Musharrakh, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects of the Belarusian-UAE cooperation and reaffirmed commitment to intensifying it across all areas. Special consideration was given to ways to advance trade, economic and investment cooperation.

The parties exchanged views on the situation in the European and Middle Eastern regions, including in the context of the prospects for the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.
