MINSK, 14 May (BelTA) – A representative of the Armed Forces of Belarus will take part in an inspection in Austria on 14-19 May, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Defense Ministry.

“On 14-19 May a representative of the Armed Forces of Belarus will visit a designated region of Austria as part of the inspection team from Czechia within the framework of the 2011 Vienna Document on Confidence- and Security-Building Measures,” the Belarusian Defense Ministry noted.

The aim of the inspection is to verify the absence of military activities, which are subject to preliminary notification in accordance with the 2011 Vienna Document.
