Belarusian ambassador presents credentials to head of Bosnia and Herzegovina

MINSK, 20 February (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Bosnia and Herzegovina (resident in Budapest) Alexander Ponomarev presented his credentials to Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik on 19 February, BelTA learned from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.

After the ceremony, the parties discussed the status and ways to strengthen bilateral relations. In the near future the parties will be working to bolster trade and economic ties, facilitate political dialogue, including cooperation in international and regional organizations, promote human contacts and tourist flows, and to develop a modern legal framework.

On the same day, Alexander Ponomarev held a series of meetings in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
