MINSK, 13 April (BelTA) – Belarus and Venezuela will step up efforts to sign a bilateral agreement on the mutual recognition of university diplomas. The agreement was reached as Ambassador of Belarus Oleg Paferov met with Venezuelan Higher Education, Science, and Technology Minister Hugbel Roa, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
The sides discussed Belarus-Venezuela cooperation in education, science and technology, and prospects of stepping up interaction in the area of geoinformation technologies.
The Venezuelan side expressed interest in sharing experience of creating and introducing a national cryptocurrency system.
