The document defines the strategic framework of cooperation of the UN Office on Crime and Drugs with Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine in the following priority areas: combating transnational organized crime; a comprehensive and balanced approach in the fight against drugs; countermeasures to corruption; assistance to the development of legal systems. The total budget of the events envisaged in the document makes up $9 million.
