Belarus, Tajikistan discuss interparliamentary contacts

MINSK, 3 November (BelTA) – On 3 November Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Makei met with First Deputy Chairman of the Upper House of Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of Sughd Region Rajabboy Ahmadzoda, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Belarus Makhmadsharif Khakdod also attended the meeting.

“The parties discussed the Belarus-Tajikistan agenda, the state and prospects of interparliamentary cooperation, trade and economic contacts,” the press release reads.
