MOSCOW, 8 February (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Igor Petrishenko met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sudan to Russia and concurrently to Belarus Nadir Babiker in Moscow, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian diplomatic mission.

“The parties discussed the results of the Belarusian President's official visit to Sudan on 16-17 January 2017,” the press service noted. “Special attention was paid to the plan to implement specific joint projects and agreements reached during the visit.”

Diplomatic relations between Belarus and Sudan were established on 15 July 1999.
