Belarus-Serbia intergovernmental commission to convene in 2021

MINSK, 17 December (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Serbia Valery Brylev met with Nenad Popovic, Minister without Portfolio Responsible for Innovation and Technological Development, Co-Chair of the Belarus-Serbia Intergovernmental Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Serbia.

During the talks, the parties exchanged views on a wide range of matters related to Belarus-Serbia cooperation in trade, economy, investment, science and technology. They noted that there is a significant potential to expand partnerships in manufacturing, agriculture, transport infrastructure, construction, and information technology.

The parties confirmed that they are ready to jointly prepare for the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission that is due to take place in Belgrade in 2021.
