Belarus, Serbia discuss military cooperation prospects

MINSK, 25 April (BelTA) – First Deputy Chief of the International Military Cooperation Department of the Belarusian Defense Ministry Aleksandr Vengura took part in Belarusian-Serbian consultations on planning the bilateral cooperation in military affairs, BelTA has learned.

The Serbian delegation was led by Chief of the International Military Cooperation Office of the Defense Policy Sector of the Defense Ministry of the Republic of Serbia Zlatko Bogosavljević.

During the videoconference negotiations representatives of the Belarusian Defense Ministry and the Serbian one exchanged opinions about the state and prospects of advancing the bilateral military cooperation. The main avenues of further interaction were determined and a list of joint events to be held this year was agreed.
