Belarus ready to further cooperation with Venezuela

MINSK, 6 July (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent greetings  to Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and people of Venezuela as the country celebrated Independence Day on 5 July, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“The elevated mood, the sense of dignity and pride that this national holiday awakens help Venezuelans cope with numerous challenges, preserving the unity and safeguarding the sovereignty of their state,” the message reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko believes that Venezuela will successfully overcome all the difficulties it has faced in recent times, and reaffirmed Belarus’ readiness to further develop bilateral cooperation aimed at promoting prosperity of both countries and well-being of their peoples.
