As BelTA earlier informed, the two countries are entering a new level of credit and financial cooperation. The signing of the corresponding memorandum will provide an opportunity of attracting credit resources on concessional terms for the projects that are financed by the Development Bank of Belarus.

The abovementioned documents envisage a concrete mechanism to reach direct agreements and contribute to the implementation of projects within the outlined area.

“This is the practice which is used in Qatar. The practical cooperation is preceded by agreements at the intergovernmental level,” Belarus’ Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates with concurrent accreditation to the State of Qatar Roman Golovchenko told the media.
